Also…. I want to wish Mommy a (very belated) Happy Birthday!!!!
Mommy, have I told you lately how much I want to follow in your footsteps? Your example is a huge blessing that I thank God for….

…and I’m asking Him to continue working on changing my heart into one like yours–a heart filled with patience, wisdom and graciousness. Thank you for continually trusting in the Lord with your whole heart no matter the circumstance. I’ve seen you do this for a long time and I praise the Lord for it! May Jesus’ presence be close beside you in this new year. I love you!
Thank you, Melody, for your sweet encouragement and wishes for my birthday and our anniversary – you and your brothers are such blessings from our Lord and I am very, very thankful to be your mommy! I love you! Love, Mommy
What a testament to God’s loving kindness and faithfulness in your lives. We rejoice with you as you celebrate your 26th year of marriage!
“Gather to me my faithful ones,
who made a covenant with me by sacrifice!”
– Psalm 50:5 (ESV)
One such sacrifice that you both have made is the daily sacrifice of yourselves to each other.
For we know that…
“Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.”
– John 15:13 (KJV)
You are a godly example of this kind of love to me. Thank you for loving and serving God together in marriage.
“We give thanks to God always for all of you, constantly mentioning you in our prayers, remembering before our God and Father your work of faith and labor of love and steadfastness of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ.”
- 1 Thes. 1:2-3 (ESV)
Congratulations Terry and Mrs. Sprague!
(sorry it’s an inside joke, I couldn’t resist)

Love you Mom and Dad!!
