Millet Crackers
1 1/2 C millet
1/4 C flaxseeds
2-2 1/4 C whole wheat or spelt flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 C melter butter
1 C water with 2 T white vinegar added
Mix all ingredients and then knead briefly. Leave in covered bowl overnight. In the morning, flatten dough onto a greased baking sheet. Sprinkle sea salt, garlic salt & oregano over dough.
Bake @ 425 about 10 minutes.

These are delicious crackers and are wonderful served with hummus! I’m sure you could add parmesan cheese to the dough to make a cheese cracker too. ![]()
